This hidden gem offers great service, a lovely pool, convenient on-site parking, and a fantastic location near Shopping Cidade.

Also, location was favourable, at walking distance from a bustling avenue. Plus, it was not far from the subway as well as São Paulo.

The staff are attentive and the rooms offer great views of São Paulo, some even with a balcony. It's worth mentioning that breakfast is included in our rate, which is a nice bonus.

No major issues, all was satisfactory during our stay.

The location!! Was just located really centrally with easy access to subway, food etc in a very safe neighbourhood. The airport shuttle also stops by. Rooms are clean and spacious and bathrooms redone and nice. Free wifi as well!!

The hotel is a great value for money, especially considering the prices in this trendy area just off Paulista Avenue. The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, from the well-appointed rooms with the bed in the center to the great views of São Paulo from the balconies. Additionally, the breakfast is included in the room's rate, which is a fantastic perk.

The location near to Av. Paulista is great. Also the metro station is not very far away. The breakfast buffet was okay although there was only few warm food (eggs ect.) served.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, situated in a trendy area just steps away from Paulista Avenue. The surrounding neighborhood is filled with incredible restaurants and shops, and the subway stops are conveniently nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The breakfast options were a bit limited, especially on our last day. However, the hotel café inside the venue offered a variety of choices, so we didn't go hungry.

This hotel's location is superb! You can easily access the metro, be in the trendy Paulista area or have restaurants and supermarkets at a stone's throw. Rooms have comfortable beds and good Wi-Fi, along with great service from helpful English-speaking staff.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to Paulista and Augusta avenues. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing plenty of space for us to move around. The breakfast selection was great, offering a variety of dishes to choose from. We also enjoyed the cozy sit-down area in the back of the hotel, which added a romantic touch to our stay. we had a comforting and relaxing experience at Mercure.

Staying in the center of this city made exploring a breeze. Close to the subway, in the safe neighborhood of Jardins and near the famous Paulista Avenue but in a quieter street - the hotel had a perfect location. The hotel facilities were in good condition and cleanliness was a top priority. The staff were professional and helpful throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast spread was excellent.
